SHIPPING POLICY

The shipping costs are free of charge in all over the world.
The recipient's signature is required on receipt of your package.
If you need to receive your purchase earlier, contact us at mrm@mrmhouseofscarves.com with your request and we will do our best to get your scarf to you as fast as possible.

Shipping within the EU: All items will be shipped via Chronopost for deliveries in Portugal and by DHL Express for deliveries in all other European countries. Delivery times are calculated from the date of email reception of your order confirmation. Delivery times are from 2 to 3 working days, depending on location for your package to arrive.

Shipping outside the EU: We will ship all orders outside the EU with DHL Express. Delivery times are calculated from the date of email reception of your order confirmation. Delivery times are from 3 to 5 working days, depending on location for your package to arrive. You may be responsible for import duties and local taxes, depending on the country in which you reside. MRM has no control over these charges and is not responsible for the payment of this duty.

RETURNS POLICY

The following policy applies only to goods purchased through our website mrmhouseofscarves.com.
Please note we cannot accept returns or exchanges of goods purchased on other websites and in physical stores.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and wish to return it for a full refund, please ensure that the goods are returned in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, and with invoice as proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt to:

You must notify us of your return by email to mrm@mrmhouseofscarves.com and it would be very helpful to include a tracking number so that we can monitor the progress of the return to avoid any delays.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For any International returns, please ensure that you mark "RETURNED GOODS" on the outside of the parcel. This will prevent any customs charges being added.

If the items were a gift, you may only exchange them for items of the same value.
